This programme had to convey not only the investment in infrastructure but also the importance of their people and their core values. Logistically this proved quite a demanding film to make taking in locations throughout the country.

Last year the ACC delivered 1.3 million embroidery applications and 1 million heat-seal applications direct to customers. The film had to demonstrate to a demanding Industry the ability to react and deliver.
Based in Hull, HD&F is the centre of excellence for industrial hose, flexible ducting, hose fittings and reels. This film had to show the capabilties of the company from supplying a simple clip to a complex petrochemical application. Filming took place in Scotland and Hull, working on Petrochemical sites is something we are used to, we are acutely aware of the hazards and dangers that exist and all of our crews have their own complete set of PPE for any occasion.
With thousands of staff caring for patients around the clock, St George’s Healthcare NHS Trust is one of the largest healthcare providers in southwest London. The main site, St George’s Hospital in Tooting is one of the country’s principal teaching hospitals and shared with St George’s, University of London, which trains medical students and carries out advanced medical research. This film was used to show the superb facilities that the hospital has to offer combined with the commitment of the staff that work there.

This film produced for the West Midland Ambulance Service was used to highlight the complexities of what is one of the largest Ambulance Services in the Country. With a fleet over 800 vehicles including ambulances, response cars, non-emergency ambulances and specialist vehicles. There are two Emergency Operations Centres taking around 2,700 emergency 999 calls each day. In 2010/11 the Trust responded to 805,000 emergency and urgent incidents and completed 850,000 non-emergency patient journeys.
The Midlands Air Ambulance Charity is responsible for funding and operating three Air Ambulances serving the Midlands and Welsh border region. Flying its first mercy mission in 1991, the organisation is regarded as one of the longest established and busiest Air. The generosity of the public helps to raise the £5.6 million required each year to ensure our three helicopters remain operational and help save lives across the region. This film was produced on a very tight budget and is used to help raise awareness and funds for the charity.
The Waterways Museum located in Goole is a vistor attraction documenting the life and times of people who have used the canals and waterways over the years. The film ‘Sailing’ is just one of many we have produced for the centre which includes a comprehensive Interactive Multimedia Project that we completed as part of the Heritage Lottery Funding they received. The main aim of the Project and the Museum is to: ‘Use the heritage, arts and environment of the Yorkshire waterways as a resource for learning and regeneration’
The annual Group Leisure & Travel Trade Show enjoyed a successful 2011 presentation, in what is the biggest dedicated group travel event in the country. Lucas Communications produced a dynamic positive film which is used the market the event for the following year. Featuring a host of exhibitors ranging from coach and tour operators to accommodation providers, attractions and ticketing agencies, plus UK and international tourist boards, the exhibition appeals to anyone involved in group travel, from travel trade professionals to full-time and ad-hoc group organisers.
